The Browning X-Bolt 2 features the Vari-Tech stock with three-way adjustment to dial-in the fit to meet your needs. Adjustments can be easily made to the comb height to dial-in the alignment between your eye and optics. Length of pull is adjusted internally with spacers for a solid, rattle-free feel. Even the grip angle can be changed by switching between the sporter and vertical grip modules. On the subject of grip, rubber overmolding on the gripping surfaces provides added security in all conditions. A shorter 1″ Inflex Recoil Pad allows the length of pull to drop to a minimum of 12-7/8″. While smaller shooters and those who hunt in climates that require additional layers of clothing will benefit from the Vari-Tech stock, the Micro also has a barrel that is 2″ shorter than standard to reduce weight. The radial muzzle brake uses 5/8″x24 barrel threading that also makes it simple to add a suppressor. The Micro also has all of the performance-driven features of other X-Bolt 2 rifles, notably the DLX Trigger. This three-lever design offers zero creep, zero take-up, and zero overtravel performance and comes preset from the factory at 3.5 pounds. (Adjustable down to 3.0 pounds.)
