1. Eligibility

• Open to legal U.S. residents aged 21 or older at the time of entry.

• Entrants must comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the ownership and transfer of firearms.

• Winner must be legally able to own and possess a firearm in their state of residence.

• Giveaway is void where prohibited.

2. Entry Period

• Contest runs from June 1, 2025 through June 30, 2025.

• All entries must be received by 12:00 AM (midnight) on May 30, 2025.

3. How to Enter

• Follow the instructions provided on the official giveaway post or landing page.

• Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise specified.

4. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a Winchester Case of Ammunition (500 rounds).

• Firearm must be transferred through a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.

• Winner is responsible for all background checks, transfer fees, and applicable taxes.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winner will be selected by random drawing on or around May 1, 2025.

6. Firearm Transfer

• Firearm will only be transferred through a licensed FFL dealer, and only after the winner successfully passes a background check.

• If the winner is unable to pass the background check or is otherwise ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn.

• Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

7. General Conditions

• This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.

• By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding.

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway at any time for any reason.
