The A.R.M.S. #32 Throw Lever Adapter for the Harris-type Bi-Pod is designed to allow the fastest attach and detachability possible. There is no gunsmithing required. You simply remove the adjustment screw assembly and install the A.R.M.S. Throw Lever assembly. It is designed to allow the lever to be attached to either side of the bipod for a light weight low profile attachment. Made in the USA.
